New indoor entertainment venue opening in Willmar next month

(Willmar MN-) A new indoor entertainment venue is coming to Willmar. Alex Malmgren and Nate Erickson say they are currently remodeling the former Herberger's Home Store in The Uptown Willmar Mall, and in mid-December they plan to open Willmar Indoor Golf and Batting Cages. Erickson says they will have several golf simulator stalls and two batting cages, with all the latest electronics so users can keep track of their statistics...
...Malmgren says they will also have corn hole games and plan to put on tournaments. Willmar Indoor golf will also have food like pizza and wings available, and they hope to team up with local breweries to provide beverages...
...Erickson says since The Kandi Entertainment Center closed he and many others have been looking for Willmar to open up this type of venue...
...Malmgren says Willmar High School and Stingers alum Jordan Smith also plans to operate his "Driven Baseball Academy" out of Willmar Indoor Golf and Batting Cages.
